Process to access the sessions for which  you have registered.

• Access the list of session (see above).
• Select the session in which you are interested.
• Click on "View Session"
• Click on "Fees"
• Select  member or non-member
• Click on "Register"
• The site will then ask you to log in, check your profile or if a non member create a profile.  Click on "proceed"
• Enter payment information or discount code.  Click on "proceed."
• This will complete your registration.  You will receive and email giving you a receipt and a link   
• Once you have accessed the link you should see the title of the session and the words, video and acknowledgement
• Click on video and view the session.  When completed, return to the page and click on acknowledgement.  This will release your certificate to the Registration Portal.
• If you try to register for a session and the registration does not allow for entry of the Discount Code, it means you have selected a session  that is NOT COVERED by the Discount Code.

  "This is the confirmation that your registration was processed. Click on the link below to retrieve your receipt. The registration details will be sent to each registrant separately.

• If you register for a session and do not immediately complete the session, check your Registration Portal to access the session.

• The website will complete the certificate once the session has been completed.  The certificate will be posted to your Registration Portal.

The Louisiana Counseling Association has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP #2019. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. LCA is solely responsible for all aspects of the program.
